Mark has worked across a wide variety of roles in the industry, including strategic planning, account leadership, digital transformation, data and analytics, product management, product marketing, campaign optimization, creative strategy, customer relationship management, and more.

Mark’s digital consulting experience is omni-channel and platform agnostic, enabling him to deliver creative, strategic outcomes by defining the optimal experience and campaign, then delivering it through technology and execution. Mark approaches everything from a customer-centric, human-first point of view, putting people and purpose before product. Mark believes in creating strong connections with people, which in turn creates loyalty and ultimately drives business results.

Mark’s experience spans travel, hospitality, consumer packaged goods, technology, personal care, industrial services & products, automotive, insurance, and financial services. Mark has partnered with amazing brands and companies to build powerful, effective, creative, performance-based solutions that push the bleeding edge of what’s possible — and he’s always hungry for what’s next.

When Mark isn’t heads-down in the work, you can find him writing insights and creating content, biking, running, reading, cooking, traveling, speaking at conferences and summits, or watching baseball (even though the Detroit Tigers don’t give him much to talk about these days).

But, most importantly, he’s never too busy to throw the frisbee for his dog, Mandy.
